Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this survey and associated prize draw is Oakbrook Finance Limited, trading as Oakbrook, whose registered office is at The Poynt North, 45 Wollaton Street, Nottingham, NG1 5FW (“Oakbrook”).

2. Purpose of the Survey

The purpose of this survey is to understand how customers’ pay patterns affect the way they manage loan repayments, and which repayment options would suit them best, to help us improve our products and services.

Participation in the survey is voluntary.

3. Eligibility

The survey is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

  • Are UK residents aged 18 or over
  • Have received a direct email invitation from Oakbrook to participate in the survey

Employees of Oakbrook Finance Limited, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this research are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

    • Eligible customers will receive an email containing a link to the online survey (hosted on Maze)
    • The survey must be completed between [15 October 2026] and [30 October 2026]
    • Only one response per person will be accepted

5. Survey Format

    • The survey consists of 7 questions and should take less than 3 minutes to complete
    • At the end of the survey, participants may choose to register interest in a separate follow-up conversation. This is optional, is covered by separate terms and conditions, and does not affect entry into the prize draw.

6. Prize Draw Incentive

All eligible respondents who complete the survey in full will be automatically entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a £25 Amazon gift card.

The prize draw is subject to the following conditions:

  • There is one prize: a £25 Amazon gift card
  • The draw will take place within 14 days of the survey closing date
  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible completed responses
  • The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw
  • The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered
  • Oakbrook reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable
  • Entry into the prize draw does not guarantee winning a prize

7. Use of Feedback

By completing the survey, participants agree that:

  • Their feedback may be used by Oakbrook for internal research and service improvement
  • Anonymous or aggregated insights may be referenced in reporting, marketing, or product development

8. Data Protection

All personal data provided will be processed in accordance with:

  • The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
  • The Data Protection Act 2018
  • Oakbrook’s Privacy Policy

Personal data will be used solely for:

  • Administering the survey
  • Conducting the prize draw and notifying the winner
  • Issuing the prize to the winner

Participants may withdraw from the survey at any time. Withdrawal before completing the survey will mean the participant is not entered into the prize draw.

9. General

    • Oakbrook reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the survey or these Terms and Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary
    • Oakbrook’s decisions regarding the prize draw and survey administration are final
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
